Is a registered charitable society established in September 1993, is an organisation of medical professionals and volunteers dedicated to the prevention of suffering among patients and families. The society endeavors to popularize the concept of Palliative Care in this part of the world.

The concept, Palliative care, means any form of medical care or treatment that concentrates on reducing the severity of disease symptoms rather than striving to delay of the disease itself or provide a cure. Al together it is to prevent and relieve the suffering of the patient and there by to improve the confidence of the patient.
